Thanks to everyone who joined our first-ever “Moonshine Mingle” in Fairfield Bay on June 21! We were so proud to introduce exciting changes to our festival & organization to our close friends & community supporters, as we celebrated the ribbon-cutting with the Fairfield Bay Chamber of Commerce (special thanks to new Chamber director, Rebekah Spry!) All enjoyed the giveaways & door prizes, and of course excellent samplings of craft spirits from our featured distillers!

Our speakers included Wilba Thompson, President of the Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival; Cash Watkins (Executive Director of Philanthropic Enterprise) sharing the “Golden Ticket“ lottery and an exclusive live-stage opportunity for a local business; Vicki Thibodeaux, President of the North Central Arkansas Artist League (NCAAL) which will be represented at this year’s festival with the wonderful new “Artists Glen” exhibit area & art show; and Aaron Knight (Children’s Advocacy Center president) talking about the critical work of child advocacy and the growing need for community support.

The 2nd Annual Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival will be hosted here in the Special Entertainment District in November, featuring the “queen of bluegrass” Rhonda Vincent on Nov. 3, and five-time Grammy-winner, Marty Stuart, on Nov. 4. Ticket sales open July 1!
The Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival is dedicated to preserving our Arkansas moonshine heritage, in order to provide hope & healing to children.
