The 5th Annual Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival will be held at the Van Buren County Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Vendors must complete setup by 9am on the day of the festival (gates are open to the public from 10am to 10pm). Vendors can arrive for setup starting at 2pm the preceding day.
Fees:
Vendors: $65
Per 10×10 outdoor booth space. Add $15 for electric.
Food Trucks: $100
Bring your own generator.
Please read before you apply:
– Vendor spaces are available first-come, first-served, and all applications are subject to approval.
– We will contact you once your application has been approved. Once approved, payment is due within 10 days to reserve your space. Please make checks payable to “OZARK MOONSHINE & MUSIC FESTIVAL” and mail to PO BOX 1191, FAIRFIELD BAY, AR 72088.
– Food trucks must provide their own generator.
– We do not supply structures such as canopies, tents, shelters, displays, extension cords, or other equipment or hardware – these must be provided by vendor.
– Additional proof of licensing may be required for some types of businesses, based on state and local laws.
