On the Road

Ozark Moonshine Festival On the Road Outreach Events

Outreach Events

In addition to our annual festival, we work with Arkansas craft distillers and other community partners in seasonal outreach events benefitting regional CASA programs across the state.

A new culture of connection

Our outreach series, “ON THE ROAD,” is an homage to the old days of moonshiners who supported their families through this age-old craft, hustling their illegal goods to moonshine hubs across the state in a thriving underground economy.

Today, craft distilling is both a respected business and a time-honored art form. Distillers generate revenue for our towns, support workers & their families throughout the industry, and provide opportunities to partner with others to make a difference in our communities.

These unique events offer you a chance to explore the marvels of craft distilleries in your area, learn about the awe-inspiring work of child advocacy, and help us raise the bar of financial support from valued community members.

Outreach benefits children’s advocacy

Proudly supporting children's advocacy

CASA (“Court Appointed Special Advocates”) is a national initiative with independent state & regional programs that recruit and train local child advocates in the community.

These specially-trained volunteers are appointed by a judge to stand up for abused & neglected children, represent their best interests in court, and provide compassionate support through the entire process.

CASA programs work closely with local law enforcement, child welfare agencies, and other community organizations to ensure the child’s needs are met, and that they have the best chance for a safe, healthy, & happy future.
