PRESS RELEASE: 2023 Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival raises over $17,000 for Children’s Advocacy Alliance

FAIRFIELD BAY, AR – For immediate release, February 21, 2024

The Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival is proud to announce its recent donation of $17,100 to the Children’s Advocacy Alliance. Will Teeter, the Strategic Partnerships Coordinator for the Childrenโ€™s Advocacy Alliance accepted the donation on behalf of the nonprofit. This contribution is a testament to the festival’s commitment to supporting organizations that make a meaningful impact in the community.

The Children’s Advocacy Alliance is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide hope, healing and a voice for justice for abused and neglected children in the community.

“We are honored to support the Children’s Advocacy Alliance and their mission,” said Wilba Thompson, Board President of the Ozark Moonshine & Music Festival. “Their dedication to protecting children and providing them with the support they need is truly inspiring, and we are proud to be able to contribute to their efforts.”

Who We Support

Our organization supports childrenโ€™s advocacy programs through our statewide outreach. CASA (โ€œCourt Appointed Special Advocatesโ€) is a national initiative with independent state & regional programs that recruit and train local child advocates in the community.
