1. Ground Rules:

  • Absolutely NO outside food/drink is allowed in the venue.
  • ID age verification for alcohol purchases will be strictly enforced.
  • Children under 12 enter for free with adult admission. Everyone over the age of 12 must have a day pass for entry.  Children must be attended by an adult at all times.
  • Festival guests must receive identifying wristbands during gate check-in (see below)
  • Service animals are permitted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, rain or shine, and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, festival passes can be transferred to someone else. Please contact our booking team at tickets@ozarkmoonshinefest.org, or ask for assistance at the Gate.

2. Getting Here:

This year’s festival activities will be held in downtown FAIRFIELD BAY, ARKANSAS, roughly 85 miles from Little Rock.

The Cobblestone Inn & Suites/Bayside Restaurant are on location, and the Wyndham Condos are adjacent to the venue. Greers Ferry Lake and other attractions are just a short drive from the festival venue, and we invite you to explore the many local merchants in the downtown area during your stay.


3. Parking:

No parking is allowed on the sides of the road or along Dave Creek Parkway during the festival. The venue will be traffic-controlled for access to local merchants during business hours, but gate admission wristbands will be required to enter Festival activities.

Day Pass & General Admission parking:
There will be many parking spaces available at local facilities as you approach the venue – just look for signage. Please note that parking is first-come, first-served, and local facilities reserve the right to charge for the use of parking. Be respectful of local property & follow posted signage.

Shuttle Service:
There will be continuous shuttle service around the venue, to surrounding parking areas, and to guest accommodations.

VIP Parking:
VIP guests should check-in directly at the Cobblestone Hotel where we will arrange valet parking.

ATV Parking:
ATV/UTV parking is available at the Lion’s Club on Dave Creek Parkway (see Map).

4. Check-in:

If you purchased a FESTIVAL PASS online, please bring your ID & proof of purchase (your e-mail confirmation printed or on your mobile device) to the “FAST-PASS” gate near the main entrance & shuttle drop-off to receive your admission wristband. (There are no physical tickets.)

VIP guests check-in at the Cobblestone Hotel lobby for valet service.

There will be 3 entrance gates open at the Festival for easy access by shuttle or for pedestrian entrance (see Map). To purchase admission on-site, please visit the nearest entrance gate.

5. Buying Admission at the Gate:

Not staying for the music? We welcome walk-in Festival guests – your gate admission helps support the Children’s Advocacy Alliance!

General Admission:
You may attend the festival WITHOUT a day pass by paying a general admission fee at the nearest gate.

This $20 entrance fee is valid for a full day and includes access to festival activities (including food & craft vendors, distiller’s tent, & bluegrass music at Hungry Hollow & Grassy Knoll) but does NOT include access to the private music stage or exclusive Lounge area.

If you attend the festival under general admission without a day pass, you will NOT be allowed to bring chairs, tables, blankets, or other equipment into the venue.

Festival Passes:

Day passes & VIP packages INCLUDE general entrance fee & processing fees. Online sales end midnight, Nov. 2, and availability at the gate will be first-come, first-served.

6. Bootlegger’s Jail:

Upon entry, you will be given the choice to attend the event as a “BOOTLEGGER” or a “REVENUER.”

By purchasing a revenuer’s badge at the gate ($5), you ensure you will NOT be sent to our “Bootlegger Jail” at any point during the festival.

If you are NOT wearing a Revenuer’s badge, however, you take your chances of being identified as a Bootlegger and sent to “jail” where donations of “bail money” benefitting CASA will be demanded for your release!
